16 c. green & brown on local cover addressed to F.A.S. McClelland,
tied by BRUNEI cds in blue (Nov 14) with year unclear. An extremely
rare and beautiful cover. Note 1: For a similar cover franked with

RL, 19 Nov 1980, lot 1013. Note 2: F.A.S. McClelland (1873-1947)
was appointed as Assistant Resident in Brunei, arriving in the
