right tied to the magnificently illustrated front page of the
Leipzig "Illustrierte Zeitung" by a small fiscal "I.R. UFFIZIO DI
COMMISURAZIONE" used in Verona. Some very minor ageing not
detracting from the appearance of this rare franking, Albert Matl
estimating the number of surviving newspapers bearing a full
