all used on 1913 registered cover to Chio, Greece at correct rate
of 2 piastres, tied by "VLONE / SHQIPENIE" cds's in violet (Sept
14). Registered label at base, part of back flap missing and file
fold away from the adhesives but a rare and spectacular usage.
