Kyiv with ministerial overprints on Romanov commemorative
adhesives, overprints of all types on strips of five, Odesa, local
Kherson ovpts in red, Gomel, Kharkiv, Poltava, Podillia with
overprint on Chainbreaker, Katerynoslav, Imperial precursor usages
from 1918 with Ukrainian datestamps, later 1920/22 RUB overprints
from Kharkov, including varieties such as shifted, inverted
overprints or multiples with partial overprints, also on the
original definitives, offsets. An impressive and clean selection,
fakes marked as such, many competent signatures Seichter, Bulat and
