GUAYRA / FRANCA" handstamp and handstruck "4" in black, via London
with cds in red on reverse (March 9) and struck there with framed
"Colonies / &c. Art. 13" in red. Unusually sent with transit
"BELG. / VALNES." in red (March 11) and thence to Bordeaux where
charged "45" décimes to pay
