no watermark, a used example of strong deep colour with even
margins all round, on 1862 part entire letter, side flaps missing,
addressed to Mrs Phillis Coakley, City of Nassau, Bahamas cancelled
by "27" Out Islands barred numeral obliterator in black. Reverse
with double arc "BAHAMAS" code A datestamp of arrival (June 4). A
great rarity on letter, this example being exhibited at the Monaco
Exhibition in 1999 and Wipa, Vienna in 2008. Cert. RPSL (2024)
