1904: Stationery memorandum postal 15 centavos blue in combination with Paraguay 1904, postage due 2 centavos green and 4 centavos green, horizontal pair, fresh colour and fine perforations, the envelope used with cds “EXPEDICION CORDOBA DIC 9 1904” and the latter “EXPEDICION ASUNCION 28 DIC 04”, sent to Asunción, Paraguay, unframed “T” in black alongside and manuscript “001”. Reverse, cds “ASUNCION 28 DIC 1904”. The picture inside has been signed (no message) under the misconception that it would go at printed matter rate. Fine. Scarce use of Paraguay's first postage due. One of three covers known.
