Fine and scarce example.(H&G 1 var)Note: Siam interpreted its UPU Adherence Agreement as requiring the UPU indicia even on up-rated domestic post cards going abroad. Anyone using the domestic-rate 1 att postal card issued in 1883 was required to add the indicia (French) in manuscript, with a 3 atts postage.
