1843 (Aug 1): 90 r. black, early intermediate impression, a used block of four of deep colour with large even margins all round, First Composite Plate, State A, positions 1-2 / 7-8, cancelled by oval framed "CEARA" handstamps in brown (Ayres fig. 1274) and rare thus. Minor ironed corner bend at lower left, illustrated in Bernd Juchert "Ochsenaugen im Viererblock", item 147 on page 60 and illustrated in Napier in the plating table on page 32.
